Aadya Aggarwal
Founder
With a diverse academic background in Marketing, Human Resources, and English Literature, Aadya combines creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking. Previously, she co-founded Empowering Narratives, creating tools to foster well-being. She also founded EQuip, the first-ever soft skills club at Amity University, where she designed experiential workshops on emotional intelligence and soft skills Currently, Aadya is heading operations at Samarth India Foundation, conducting engaging workshops on emotional intelligence, soft skills, PoSH, and gender sensitisation.
Sanjay Aggarwal
Co-Founder
Sanjay Aggarwal is a Govt. of India certified PoSH trainer and Gender Equality Advocate with over 33 years of media experience. He has trained over 1,500 professionals, creating safe workplaces. Sanjay authored “Accessibility Standards for TV Programmes”, benefiting 12 million hearing-impaired individuals. An acclaimed international sports commentator, Sanjay conducts workshops and trainings for various prestigious government and private institutions on Gender Sensitivity, PoSH, and Soft Skills .
Suman Sanjay Aggarwal
Co-Founder
Suman Sanjay Aggarwal is a UN-certified Gender Specialist and a Govt. of India certified PoSH Trainer who conducts workshops on Gender Sensitivity, PoSH, and Soft Skills for various acclaimed government and private organisations. A versatile professional with over 35 years of experience in media, Suman has produced thousands of programs for AIR & DD, pioneering women's empowerment through media. Suman was the project officer for developing "Guidelines for Gender Sensitive Programming for Doordarshan" with UNICEF and conducted workshops for Doordarshan all over India.
